    Most days I get up at 4:45 and work out even though I am on summer vacation right now. If I don't do it then and then take a shower I don't get to do it at all because I have 2 little ones at home with me. Of course I now go to bed by 9 but hey you do what you have to do.

    I made it home but was stuck on 76 for awhile. I exited 76 and got a nice tour of western Philly! It took me about 2 hours longer but who cares...I was still high from the fun of the weekend. It was so nice to meet everyone. Can't wait to go back next year!
