    Ha - that is exactly how I felt when I was done and I even took my dog rollarblading after I did the workout - my legs were shaking so badly I stuck to FLAT ground, but that did help flush some lactic acid out... That workout is a 10 plus in difficulty....imo

    I just got mine as well - can you easily sub the treadmill with an elliptical machine and make the adjustments easily? Someday I will get a treadmill, but we just got our elliptical last Xmas - so probably will have to wait on that for awhile ;)

    I agree - one of the tougher workouts and one of my favorites in the the P90X! Something that you could add into any rotation and it would be beneficial! Don't even get me started on the chatarangas! I sound like a pig when I do them!
