    total upper body workout on new DVD

    So this total upper body is everything just minus the core right? That sounds like a fun upper body one but I couldn't figure out how it could only be 67 mins unless she cuts some things out -- this series has tons of premixes - which is totally AWESOME!!! I love to mix and match!!
