    Is it very important I use the exact percentage of RM1? I'm now on week 2. I've found that my 60% and 65% 1 RM are very high. More like my 100 or more %! So I've been lowering the weight. I'd appreciate your advise. TG

    I'm sorry I wasn't clear. On the doctor's document the normal range for blood sugar should be 60 - 99 mg/dl. That's why I thought I'm in trouble!

    How to handle vacation and STS

    I'm also going to be on a 3 wk vacation in 8 1/2 weeks. Just got the DVDs last week. I haven't done the 1 RM test yet. Not sure if I should do 2 sets of workouts before I leave or do 1 and do something else and continue with the rest when I'm back :)
