Hi Cathe, I'm glad to hear you're bringing tubo tower back. I definitely will order another one (just to make sure I have a spare)! And how about weighted vest and discs? Will those be back too? I really want another 20 lb (or higher) weighted vest. There are a lot out there but I like yours...

    Constant strenuous exercise and inflammation

Hi Cathe and everyone! Someone said that (my and) Cathe's constant strenuous exercise may have contributed to the inflammation problem. Meaning it is part of the causes of inflammation (and my RA). I know you are not a doctor but may be you can give an insight to this. Thank you!

    Lighter weight

Thank you so much for your reply! Yes, the doctor has given me the clearance to exercise! I'll listen to my body. I'm done with mesocycle 1 yesterday and will take a week off for active recovery. I'll only add small amount of weight for the next mesocycles and other DVDs. I also will eat...

    inflammation story

I wonder how those with RA do the pull workouts. My small joints don't like me holding the heavy dumbbells or pull anything. (I can do push workouts because I can use my palms to push and avoid using the fingers).

    inflammation story

Hi Freebirds and everyone! Thanks for posting. This thread is very useful for me. I have been working out with Cathe for a long time. I was diagnosed with RA in September 2014 when I was 51. However, I had many symptoms before that that were not text book symptoms for RA. So it took a while...

    Deodorant

Hi Cathe and Cathletes! I have problem finding the right deodorant which I need for working out. I've been using Secret Clinical Strength (the messy white thing). It works great except that it is very hard to wash off. Underarms still very sticky after using soap so many times. What do you...

Hi, Just yesterday, I've been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. I'm so relieved now that I know what is going on in my body (joints!). I've been working out with Cathe's DVDs and considered myself an intermediate exerciser (really want to be an advanced exerciser :) ). However, since my...

Ball of the foot pain, anyone?

You've gone through so much! Hope you are back to 100% soon. I'll check on those slip ons. The dr. said I have to wear shoes with supports all the time. Right now I have nothing to wear. None of my shoes work.
