    Cathe's new series

I just read your post and couldn't agree more! Even though you are only buying one workout it is really like you are buying 4 or 5 or even 6 with all of the premixes and chapters. My friend and I joke that no one else would understand our Cathe obsession but I know everyone totally gets it...

Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!! I laughed when I read your post! But after reading the blog I was so friggin excited! Anyway the reason why I am thanking you is because a friend and I tried Jari Love "get ripped 1000" and not only were we dissapointed but we were flabbergasted that anyone...

    Anyone have Hardcore Extreme?

Thanks Yen, I think you could have just cost me more money! Just kidding. I see what you are saying and now I really don't know. I am a poor college kid and trying to plan a wedding while looking at houses so unfortunatley Cathe is not able to be at the top of my list, however exercising in...

    Anyone have Hardcore Extreme?

I only have lomax but have done the other two so I am familiar with the combinations and things like that. I just never really hear anyone talk about them that much and I really like her compilation workouts because I feel like they stay fresh longer, at least for me. The reason why I am not...

Why the emphasis on upper body in new DVD premixes?

I would imagine that the step routine will be incorporating quite a bit of glute, quad and hamstring work. Say for instance if you do a cardio premix just by steeping on the step and doing all those funky patterns of hers you will be shaping your thighs.

    Thank you Cathe and Cathe.com/SNM

I just posted a comment saying the exact same thing! I know just how you feel. I have done other home video instructors, billy blank, jari love, denise austin and none of these people are in the same realm with Cathe. My best friend and I wanted to try something new and a friend gave her a...

body max 2 vs cardio fusion

Body max 2 is an intense complete body workout. I love everything about this workout and would agree with other posters that without the other dvds cardio fusion may be more frustrating and much more difficult as there is no breakdown. You will use this dvd constantly because the premixes allow...

    Anyone have Hardcore Extreme?

Is anyone NOT ordering the new workouts?

I would first like to say that for women to develop a really "muscular look" takes a lot of dedication, hard work, low percentage of body fat probably around 18% as well as a whole lot of protein and complex carbs. This being said weight lifting, even using moderate to heavy weights for women...

    I am so excited!!!!!

Hello All Cathe Fans, I just read the blog today and I am just blown away, not just by the quality of the workouts but the quantity as well. I love the fact that there are going to be so many premixes so that even after repeated use these exercises will remain fun, fresh and as always...

Is there such a thing as too few calories?

As crazy as that sounds it is true. I have been working as a personal trainer and aerobics instructor at my school for 2 years now and you wouldn't believe the amount of my clients that will show up to train without having eaten breakfast or any type of small snack before training. If your body...

    Hitting a brick wall!!!

Hi! There have been so many responses to your question and I agree with all of them althoug it is hard to believe that you may need to be eating more to lose weight. But if think about, your body is not getting enough calories just for things like metabolic processes in your body and could...

    Lose as much fat first?

I am no expert but I do know that muscle burns more calories than fat. So I think if you began to incorporate a weight lifting routine into your weekly workouts that you would be killing two birds with one stone so to speak. Instead of focusing only only on losing fat I think you could do both...
