    What did you think of timesaver?

    I have both Timesaver and CTX. I think the cardio is great on both, but in my opinion the upper body work is WAY better on CTX. I just don't feel like I get enough upper body with Timesaver. If you want it for mainly cardio, Timesaver is great. Lori

    I have both Timesaver and CTX and while I like Timesaver, I LOVE CTX! I think the upper body work is much tougher than Timesaver and the cardio is a little more intense. Worth every penny! Lori

    New to stepping

    If you want advanced cardio, yet choreography that isn't too complicated, I highly suggest the first IMax(Interval Max). I have trouble with complex choreography(including many of Cathe's)but I was able to pick this one up fairly quickly. Check out the clip and see what you think! Lori

    "Rome" watchers..last night's show

    RE: DH and I both love this show! It's right up there with my other HBO faves The Wire and Deadwood. I do remember reading Rome got picked up for another season, although I bet it will be awhile before we see new episodes. I can't imagine how long it takes to film a series like that...

    The intensity is WAY lower than Cathe. If you like simple choreography, it has that going for it. As far the weight training, they go too fast to heavy up on the weights. I would return it. Lori
