Hi Everyone -
I have never done a step video or class before, but have been saving up to buy a club step and some step dvds. I have used Cathe's weight lifting and kickboxing dvds for a few years now, but have never ventured into step because I never had a big enough workout space until now.
My question is, will I be able to learn the moves in the more advanced videos without any prior step experience? I am wondering whether I should start with the Basic Step or Low Impact Step dvds (or maybe Cathe's older step workouts) to get some of the moves down, or whether I should just go straight to the advanced dvds (Imaxs, etc) since I am wanting more of an advanced cardio workout?
I am not the most coordinated, and have gotten frustrated doing Christi Taylor hi/lo videos in the past because of the choreography.
Any suggestions would be wonderful!
Thanks,
Diane
