    I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, in the foothills of the Rockie Mountains. Snowflakes today, but in two days it could be nice and warm out, the weather changes quite a bit here. Oh well, it is what it is, I do prefer warmer weather but I love living here :)

    Hi Joan, Beth, Tricia, Cathy & Magnolia - this morning I did STS disc 1 (second week repeat as I am doing the six month version of STS) and CC Vol 3. I think this week Disc 1 was a bit easier - except for those pushups, which I do on my knees. Take care everyone!

    Hi Kay - I'm no expert, but I think it is logical to assume that when you work out, your body weight is providing resistance, so it would make sense that you are seeing a higher calorie burn than you did when you were 140. Good luck on the weight loss. Have a good weekend!
