    Sub for circuit max

    That should be a fine substitute. But man, you need to invest in some more circuit workouts! :D I recommend LIC (Low Impact Circuit--don't be fooled b/c it's "low impact"--it's intense!) and Drill Max are my two favorite Cathe circuits. Bootcamp is great too.

    Maximum Intensity Cardio

    I love, love, love the hi-lo on this workout! It's my favorite! I never do the step segment though. I find it boring and repetitive (and I actually don't have enough room in my workout area for some of the moves). I just adore the hi/low, though!

    Drill Max

    I adore this workout and try to do it at least once a week. I used to prefer the "cardio drills only" but now I'm addicted to the workout as-is. It's such a phenomenal calorie-blaster, the time flies by, and it's just fun fun fun!

    Yupperoonie--you HAVE to have B&G! It's my new fave LB workout. I was all into GS Legs for a while and then I gave B&G another shot and I'm obsessed! I do the whole thing with Cathe's weighted vest on and it's killer!

    Me too! During 4DS Legs, instead of doing the leg work with the band at the end where you sit on the step, I always do firewalkers! Hurts so good!

    Really? You like them? I am desperate for a good pair of sneakers. Ever since Ryka discontinued my Enlight II's I've been in the depths of despair. Seriously, though. My knees ACHE without them. :( Are the Asics pricey? ETA: HOLY SCHNIKES!!! Asics are $160?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
