hi cathe, i too noticed a lot of new faces at the cardio center(ymca) today. its almost impossible to get a treadmill right now had to deal with the elliptical. i hope a lot of ppl stick to their resolution of a fit and health lifestyle though. hitting weights tomorrow. kassia

you know i often wonder this myself. i sometimes throw in some weight work at the gym after running or something and my weight will be up as opposed when just doing my running. even on days i don't do cardio and just weights my weight seems to be up more then before the workout. kassia

DD and i did the girl thing and went out to lunch and went shopping. my 10 year loves to shop goodwill she has her own sense of style like icarly meets disney LOL. make play with the make up kit today. very relaxed weekend i just gave up on the house this weekend to have fun. kassia
