    hi cathe, i too noticed a lot of new faces at the cardio center(ymca) today. its almost impossible to get a treadmill right now had to deal with the elliptical. i hope a lot of ppl stick to their resolution of a fit and health lifestyle though. hitting weights tomorrow. kassia

    you know i often wonder this myself. i sometimes throw in some weight work at the gym after running or something and my weight will be up as opposed when just doing my running. even on days i don't do cardio and just weights my weight seems to be up more then before the workout. kassia
