    not cathe either but, Its a good idea to stretch your muscles out after a workout. The best time to do this is when they are warmed up. Stretching helps to prevent injury and maintains muscle flexiblity. I think that stretching gets overlooked a lot and it really is important to a balanced body.

    Mucinex

    if you have a congested cough what it will do is break everything up so you are able to spit it out. Its not an instantanious drug...it may take a day or so to start working. I dont think that you need to stay home if you are planning on using it ...not that strong. But, it usually works well...

    Do you wear shoes around the house?

    I take off my shoes at the door...too messy is right!! I usually walk around in slippers, unless i am cleaning or working out. I will put on clean sneaks

    I love this diet!

    I also love this diet!! My favorite is the shredded eggshells.. great roughage :P
