    I've been pleasantly surprised with the workout clothes from Old Navy! They're affordable and so far, very comfortable. I also check out Nike's clearance section on their website fairly regularly. You can usually find some good deals on some very nice stuff (tops for $15-20, etc...).

    Any new finds on a good concealer for dark circles?

    Why not use a regular undereye cream in addition to your concealer? Try Dark Shadows from Philosophy. It's an expensive little tube (about $20), but it lasts for eons and actually works to reduce the circles to begin with. Then use your concealer on top of that.

    I don't eat before I work out. I take Synthroid each morning, so I need to let that absorb for an hour before I eat. Also, if I have anything at all in my stomach during a workout, I cramp up like crazy. Just me.

    That's my typical rotation. MWF. I usually do 2 of them circuit style and one Heavy - typically MM until I get something new. Depending on how fried my legs are, I may just make that last one upper body.

    I personally think the instructor is a little ridiculous. I think I would've asked her why she would've felt the need to adjust the entire class for just you, when you could clearly do the work with the tubing. She probably just didn't like that you were doing something a little different...
