    My DH is a Foreman for a paving company. He does some heavy lifting, but pretty much walks around more and operates machinery. He does go to the gym though. He's there about 3-5 days a week. He has been a gym rat since he was 19 (33 now). Aila

    I really like Mindy's Cardio Toolbox. It has a lot of variety and is very easy to mix and match. The choreography is not complex, but the intensity is up there. I LOVE Christi's Fabulous 4. I love complex choreography, but it took me a while to pick up the second portion of Step Heaven...

    Hair product

    I absolutely love Redken's Align (#12) straightening balm. I have used a lot of products, but this one is the best IMO. Aila edited for spelling:-)

    which one gets your heart rate higher?

    Jes, You know i'm going to tell you to buy a bike;-) . I burn a ton of calories on the bike. You pop in a Spinervals workout and see how fast that hr gets up there. Of course I don't own an eliptical or stairclimber, but have been on them and prefer the bike. Aila

    Who does something even if you don't like it?

    Any circuit workout! I hate them! I would rather either lift weights or do cardio. I cannot stand combining the two. I do it because I need to cross-train whether I like it or not. I also want to avoid hitting plateaus. Aila

    I did have fat free half and half in the coffee. I made sure the water was pretty hot as well. I don't know if this may have prevented the powder from clumping, but I do know that it dissolved well and tasted great. Aila

    I didn't feel like making a shake this morning, so I put a scoop of my whey protein powder in my coffee. Does the heat in the coffee affect the nutrients in the protein. Like when you cook out some nutrients in veggies for instance. Any thoughts on this? Aila
