    I have found that mentally, I can do one or two tests per day. Otherwise it seems overwhelming. So start with one each day. If you skip a couple days, so what. If you feel like doing 3 or 4, do it. Do the exercises you are familiar with, and then go from there. Don't let the 1 rep maxes...

    Hey guys- 70 minute walk/jog today. 80% walking today... oh, well. I got a heart rate monitor that counts calories and lets you enter the calories you eat. It said I burned 882 calories. I'll see how it goes. Ben

    Hey guys- I did a combo of Imax 3 and Push Pull. It was nice to only have 2 imax blasts to do at a time. Blast 5 is still the hardest, I think. Push Pull has always seemed kinda easy, so I think this was a nice way to use it. Ben
