    Step Blast is great. Cardio and Weights is another option. On the dvd, you can skip the weight sections and just do the cardio which is some of Cathe's best IMHO.

    Is MIS Upper Body considered a heavy weight workout?

    I know that the lower body portion contains a lot of reps, but what about the upper body section. I'm looking for a heavier upper body workout that's done in one session. I never seem to get the time for two upper body workouts a week.

    Cathe uses heavy weights, but I don't even try to equal her weights. She does enough sets that you can make this an endurance workout if you want to, especially the leg dvd.

    Cross Train Xpress rotation?

    I'm not Cathe, but I think doing lower body pyramid would be just fine if that's what you prefer, and I think you'd still get excellent results. I actually did a CTX rotation where I skipped Leaner Legs completely. I just did the the Power Circuit workout and I had great results.

    Cathe I would love to see a compilation dvd that included all of your stability ball workouts. I just love them and would love to have them all grouped together. Most are for the core, but the lower body ones are great too.

    GS series v Slow and Heavy series

    GS is a lot better workout than the leg workout in S & H. It is fairly high rep. However, I don't always do all the reps. There's also a fantastic floor work section that uses the stability ball.

    What is Power Circuit like?

    Power Circuit does have a bit of high impact floor aerobics at the very beginning of the workout, but it's very short and then it's on to the step alternated with lower body circuits. It gets a lot done in a short amount of time.

    I do two sets of 16 push-ups and then move on. Personally, it think it's overkill to do so many. If I ever do a rotation that concetrates totally on muscular endurance, I may try to do them all, but not during a strength rotation.
