    Sorry that your knee acted up. You may have to design your own workout consisting of the exercises that don't cause you any pain.

    It is on dvd, but you have to buy the entire CTX set for almost $90 to get it. I also hope that SNM will sell this one separately before it gets too dated.

    Pure Strength vs. Gym Style

    I like the PS Upper Body workout better than the GS ones, but I like GS Legs better than PS Legs. Go Figure! Problem is that PS is all on one dvd. I would urge anyone who already owns PS to at least acquire GS Legs. It's phomenomenal.

    CTX Upper Body

    If you have CTX on vhs, you can simply rewind the tape to the spot where the upper body work begins and do them one after another. I can't remember the order of CTX Upper Body but I'm sure someone here will know.

    What a great idea, Randidiane. I hadn't thought of that. Up to now I've been doing my own floorwork after completing the standing work in GS Legs.

    If you already own a medicine ball, you can try using it once you receive your order. If you don't already have one, I would hold off until you do the workouts without one.

    Question about GS Back form...

    I agree that the dumbells are awkward. The bell part of the dumbell kinda gets in the way when your turn your wrists out. A barbell works better IMHO. Do you have a long torso? That might be a factor in the back strain you feel. Someone who is short wasited could probably hold more weight in...

    Legs and Glutes has jumps in it, but I don't think Gym Style legs does. Leaner Legs doesn't have jumps but it is very high rep and so intense that it might still bother your knees. GS Legs is paced a bit better IMHO. I would also stay away from the pulsing reps (low ends) that Cathe often does.

    Happy Wednesday

    Since Colorado is socked in by an early blizzard today, I wouldn't get it anyway. Monday or Tuesday is just fine with me. I haven't bought any new dvds in a long time so I'm really excited.

    Kick Max vs. KPC...I already own Timesaver

    I haven't done it in a long time, but if I remember, the Timesaver contains the full kickboxing section minus the drills. The best part is on the Timesaver, same for Legs and Glutes. The Timesaver has bonus footage and some ab work too.

    Band / Versa loop

    If you have a pair of pants or shorts made from stretchy fabric, you could just put those around your ankles and use them. Seriously, I have a yellow Spri exer ring, and I have never felt my outer thighs like I did when moving sideways with that thing around my ankles.

    Kick Max vs. KPC...I already own Timesaver

    I think the best part of the KP & C is included in the Timesaver, same with Legs and Glutes. I'd probably pick Kick Max.
