I have dessert on my carb night, the author encourages it! As long as you wake up the next day back to 'no carbs" you will be fine and you won't have the cravings. Trust me I have a HUGE sweet tooth!!

I've tried "clean eating" I ended up gaining weight and I was always hungry, frustrated, tired and unhappy. I would work out (cathe, swimming, or running) and I would want to gnaw my arm off because I was so hungry. I would snack all the time. (sorry 12 baby carrots and some hummus isn't making...

I would actually like to see more time between intervals for your heart rate to come down, so it's an actual interval! I find with Cathe that your heart rate stays up so high during the whole workout that it's more like a steady state cardio.

I would like to see more rest time in between intervals. I find my heartrate does not come down at all and it's more like a steady-state anaerobic workout instead of an interval workout.
