    Seattle, NYC and Denver were also mentioned. Vegas is a definte NO - and I am supre happy about that - they want us all to be able to be together most of the time and Vegas has too many disctractions. :) ETA - I did see most of todays cast. At times the sound is bad during the workouts...

    My workout area is in my garage so I have 2 layers of puzzle mats and it works great. I got some at Walmart and some at Costco.

    Plyo Legs!!!!!

    I was intimidated by them too - but gave it a try - and LOVE it!! Thinking it needs to be part of a weekly rotation as well. Especially when I redo STS I am thinking a Plyo Legs needs to happen every week of each Meso.
