I think I should have increased my weight overall because I barely broke a sweat. So to get a sweat going, I did an intense 30 minute interval training right afterwards.
I finished this one earlier today. I am stronger in my shoulders than I thought; therefore, I had to increase my weight. But, everything else was right on target.

I completed disc 28 yesterday. I expected to have DOMS today, but I do not. I am disappointed; I like to feel the workout a day later.
But, I did enjoy the w/o because it was intense. TMS, I really needed every second of my breaks in between the exercises.

We have recently decorated our patio with new furniture; therefore, I spend alot of time outside.
TMS, my sweet DH had prepared breakfast and had laid it out on the patio table for me while I was working out. He also fixed a bath for me and lit candles in the bathroom.

I had done disc 26 as cardio last Wednesday; therefore, I knew what to expect today. I LOVE the controlled air jack, tuck jumps, and plyo jacks. OTOH, I strongly dislike power scissors and half turns.
I love the plyo legs as a whole :)!

Yesterday I did iFit fitness coach-30 minute interval on the elliptical & STS pilates;
today, my plan is to do Imax 2.

I had no intentions on working out today because I was feeling lazy, but after reading some of the posts, I felt "guilty". Sooo....I mustered up the energy and did Drill Max. I am so glad I did; I feel so much better.
Well, my DH is giving me "the look", so I need...
I love the low plane lunges; the sensation felt like electricity going through my legs. OTOH, I hate leg presses, never did, probably never will...but LOVE the results!!!

I just completed disc 21...by the end of the 2nd double wave barbell curls, I was plucking pace weights off my plates left and right. Who knew I could curl 41 lbs...but I can. I am loving it Ms. Cathe :)!
I am so jealous :)!!! We take a vacation every year, but it is not in our budget as of yet. We too love the mountains...NO beaches for me. Climb a mountain for me, be safe...and most importantly...HAVE FUN!
