    Has anyone tried a detox flush or a juice fast?

    I hope somebody answers. I, too, have the same questions. On a recent cruise the fitness girls pushed an Elemis detox. It lasted nine months and cost over $300.00! Needless to say, I didn't buy it! Ellen

    twice daily workouts?

    Sometimes when I do two workouts in a day, I'd do cardio in the morning and weights in the evening. I found that to be easy to do! Ellen

    Timesaver Blast Will It Get Easier

    If it's the Body Blast Timesaver it is the one I started out with! I had step background and found the short cardio just the thing. It took me a long time to learn the steps, but once I did Cathe became easier! Hang in there! Ellen

    Kitchen Idiot question

    My husband is a Culinary trained chef and he says " i5- 20 minutes was plenty of time". I agree. I use my George Foreman grill and don't cook it that long. I think you were getting sick before you cooked! Just my 2 cents! Hope you feel better! Ellen
