    High Reps premix error?

    I used the "upper body" premix in high reps today; was surprised to that back exercises were not included. I did them on my own after. Just was curious :)

    droid eris I have the droid eris from HTC through verizon and I love it. Very easy to learn and use. Great screen with excellent clarity and the camera is better than my digital camera.

    Jump higher

    I'm with you! Not Cathe, but in the same boat as you. Can't do tuck jumps. Can only jump up on 6" step (and at a much slower rate than they do).

    Is it normal during STS...

    Is it normal during STS to feel more tired in general? I generally feel very fatigued the next day. I almost feel achy like you do if you have a fever. I also find it more difficult to muster the energy to do cardio. Am I just a weakling? :)

    I have not seen much hypertrophy occur in my biceps. I am noticing it in other areas such as shoulders and triceps. Am I doing something wrong?

    When I enter into my calendar in the Workout Nation that I completed an STS ab circuit workout it shows "0" caloreies burned. Is that really true?
