Do You Eat Anything That Makes You Feel Great?

Variety of foods, that's what makes me feel great. We lived overseas for three years and had a very limited selection of foods to choose from. When it comes to food, variety is the spice of life for me. Foodie Pride;-) Sarah

Slanted Risers, which Cathe workouts are you using them with?

Most recently, I used the slanted risers for the chest work in 4DS. They are fabulous and feel so much more secure than using the regular risers. Sarah

    Power Hour Shoulder Routine

Oh yes, most boys love their pectoralis' to be major! As far as your "store-bought" ta-ta's, more power to you, girlfriend. I'm from California, the land of the Ta-Ta ;-) Sarah

    slow and heavy

I worship at the altar of Slow and Heavy;-) I am a hard gainer and S&H has been my ticket to muscle building and fabulous definition. I also enjoy the slow, somewhat meditative pace of the workouts. Sarah

    Power Hour Shoulder Routine

tneah~ I am seriously lacking in the "ta-ta" department and chest workout still bores me to tears. Today, I did GS chest and it seemed like time stood still. I have to psych myself into chest work. For me, it's a drudge. :( Sarah

    feel like binging

Wwoman, the irony of you eating the entire box of Samoa's, while watching The Biggest Loser is hilarious. I can relate ;-) Sarah

    Kick Max vs. KPC

I think KPC is fabulous, but Kick Max... not so much. No need to feel bad about it though. I predict you are going to LOVE Body Max 2. I put off purchasing BM2 until just recently. I did it yesterday for the first time and all I can say is, "WOW!" Enjoy;-) Sarah

    PUB or Gym Styles?

I agree with Clare, I don't get the results from PUB that I do from S&H and GS. The high endurance of PUB has aggrevated tendonitis issues for me as well. Sarah

    Cathe Count down clock?

Hey Belinda, I frequent a large gym on a military base, which NEVER has a "down time," it is constantly packed with people. I have observed over the years that some of the patrons who "shroud" their cardio machines with towels are doing it not because they don't want to see the countdown timer...

    cold sores

I never had a cold sore until I had surgery, 5 years ago, at age 43. I have been told by several doc's that the virus was probably dormant in my body since I was a child and that the stress of the surgery and subsequent lowering of my immune system, activated it. (Lucky me :( ) Ever since, if...

I was on the fence regarding STS, but after reading Cathe's most recent post regarding STS, I am now a "cave girl." ;-) Sarah

    Understanding the STS program

Cathe, I was not going to pre-order STS for various reasons. However, given your excellent explanation of the program, I have gone ahead and placed my order. Sarah :-)

My baby girl was in the ER!!

I split my chin open when I was 3; that was 45 years ago! I had 8 stitches. Today, the scar is tiny, less than half an inch. I'm the only one who is aware of it and it takes a 10X mirror for me to see it in detail. Don't worry, young skin has wonderful healing properties. She'll be fine :)...

I don't even have to think about it; my favorite toy was my yellow, Easy Bake Oven that I received for Christmas in 1965. I still have the little cake pans:) and I still love to bake. Sarah
