My first Cathe was Basic Step/Body Fusion. I heard of her through the Firm Forum and was very afraid so I tried that one and dived in. My next was High Step Training Advanced and also Muscle Endurance/Boot Camp. HSTA still kicks my behind!

I thought about doing that. But was afraid I'd ruin my shirt. Did you use a garment sharpie or just a regular one?

I asked about this at the RT and Nancy from SNM told me it was a regular black Cathlete tee and they used a purple marker to fill it in. I really wanted one too. But not bad enough to do that LOL!!

I started STS after the RT to keep my mind off the new DVDs. I keep forgetting about them till I see pics or updates :D

I think people tend to hang with people they are comfortable with or already know. I know that is true for me. I am actually an introvert until I get to know you and then watch out!!! I do think having the RT forum on FB helped work out some of the kinks of that. I met many more this year...
