    Pyramid Lower Body - well-balanced

    Yes, you are correct. I was thinking for some reason that Pyramid Pump was a stand-alone - thank you for the clarification on that one. I do those separately and not all in one workout.

    I just did #514 Stretch and Flow. I absolutely recommend this if you want a nice, long relaxing stretch. It's 52 minutes but it flew by. Will definitely be doing this one again.

    Today: Macy and I had a nice walk for 71 minutes - 2.09 miles and I did Cathe Live #514 Stretch and Flow for 52 minutes. That is a good one if you want a nice relaxing stretch. I am going to try and take a class tomorrow and my Blitz 45 HiiT gym. It's been over a year and I am still not right...

    Pyramid Lower Body - well-balanced

    The Intensity series is also what I was referring to with the Pyramid Lower and Upper Body. There is also a Pyramid Pump but I'm not sure what series it's with or if it is a stand-alone.

    Siobhan, nice workout with mix of a 2.0 lower body premix for 30 minutes and added on a 15 minute lower body mobility/stretch workout. My Christmas was nice! Hope yours was too!
