    I will not be able to do a workout for a while - every time I do, my leg gets worse and there is so much chronic pain. It's hard to sleep. Once I get my doctor appointment, hoping I will be able to slowly start back. My home gym is mostly complete now.

    Annette, nice workout with Fit with Ashlee Cardio kickboxing workout and did it for 51 minutes. Ouch on the pushups and mountain climbers!
