    Still losing on intermittent fasting..added new twists!

    This is interesting. did you buy the book or just read stuff online about this way of eating. Sounds interesting. do you do the 5 hour window of eating 7 days a week? I am only asking because on weekends, hubby and I eat irregularly may eat breakfast and then nothing til dinner.

    Thursday Live March 5th 2015

    I am late to the party, did this one a couple days a go and loved it. I like working legs in tri sets and the ball work was a good finisher especially the inner thigh work.

    Missing Stretch on Premixes for Ripped with HIIT

    Andrea, there is a very short stretch after the abs segment. They didn't include the full stretch in any of the premixes, which is a bummer, so you do have to go back to the main menu and pick stretch.

    Legs!!!!

    Today was my second day with this one and I also did better. I did the premix with abs mixed in and probably won't do that again as I don't like getting on the floor with my heart beating out of my chest and also no stretch at the end. I had to go back to the menu and choose stretch.

    RWH Checkin

    I am going to be doing the RWH workouts but doing 4 days of lifting with 2 cardio. I want to see if lifting will help me lose some weight. I feel I have been doing too much cardio. I don't think, unless I missed it, that there are any rotations in the RWH book that work like this.

    Question about position for back rows?

    I did the split stance and bent at about a 45 degree angle. I don't feel stable going at the 90 degree or so that Cathe does. I think as long as you still feel your back you will be OK. If I am wrong, please correct me.

    I did this one this morning but did the premix without finishers. My tris were still sore from that workout on Tuesday, so the pullovers probably were not as good as they should have been. Will have to do back/bis/shoulders before the chest/tris/shoulders next week and see if that helps. I...
