    What treadmill do you have?

    I use the peloton app with my treadmill also. Love the different walks. I do runs but bring them down to my level of walking. I am not a runner, so I go at my own speed. I can jog/run for a short time. I am impressed with the instructors that can run, do incline and still talk.

    This is a great question as she seems to have a new outfit for all her live workouts. I just use old shorts/tshirts so I don't have too many outfits. I did buy a couple when I was taking classes outside of the house but since I changed jobs I had to quit the gym.

    LITE body & band-- yes !!

    This is one I have yet to try. I don't care for band workouts as they seem to aggravate my shoulder/neck area. So I tend to stay away from them. I should see if there is just a lower body section and try that.

    My April Rotation

    I am combining the Lite strength workouts with Cathe's Push/Pull and Supersets. I really enjoy Push/Pull a tad more than Supersets but wanted more lower body so did the lower body stacked workout from Lite today. I am combining this with walk/jog/run workouts.
