    I too agree. When I do cardio on machines, I only use my HR to know what zones I am in. I don't have one that reads calories and I know the machines are bogus. Also, I don't wear a HR monitor when I do Cathe. For awhile I was, but then I got obsessed when my HR wouldn't get up high enough...
