    Cardio hits vs. Classics: any difference?

    I have both of them. Cardio hits (IMHO) has workouts with slightly more complex choreography and the workouts get my heartrate up faster. Power Max is indeed awesome. But the Classics has some great workouts too. Some of the ones on the Classics are shorter, if that's an issue for you...

    Hi Shannon! No expert here either but I've found I lose the most weight when I eat more. What worked really well for me was to eat about 1600 calories per day broken up roughly equally into 6 meals a day. I usually had a decent amount of protein every other meal and more carbs on the meals...
