    Hey there! Sweet potatoes are excellent! The only way I eat them is baked. I usually squirt them a couple times with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray when they come out of the oven. To me, adding sugar and other sweet stuff just ruins their nutritional value. Becky

    What is your ideal vs. realistic weight?
