    Columbia, Missouri???

    I live in St. Louis which is 1 and 1/2 hours from Columbia. I'll share what I know. Columbia is a nice town. It's a college town and a nice midwestern city. The people are friendly and helpful. I believe it's a clean town. I hope that helps a little.

    Nutrition question

    If a cereal box says it provides 35% of the daily requirement for a particular vitamin or mineral it seems I could eat 3 servings per day of that cereal and my daily requirement be fulfilled. Would that be true? That seems so easy...? Am I missing something? Thanks, in advance for any input.

    Help/suggestions which weight to use, please?

    What weight should I use? On tricep kickbacks, for example, I can do 7 out of 12 reps with a 6 lb weight with good form. However, if I use a 5 lb weight I can do 12 reps in good form, but don't get to exhaustion. What should I do? Thanks everyone, in advance, for your valuable input.
