    I've been in the office three days straight and too exhausted when I got home. I will be working out tomorrow with some kind of leg workout. I'm still hurting. It comes and goes. Wish it would go for good. Hard to deal with this day after day and I'm tired of gimping around the office and house.

    Linda, nice workout !! CoffeyFit Raw- " Body Sculpt Overload" - 34 min. Blender- "Chair Yoga Stretch Express" - 15 min. It's cold here too. Was 29 this morning! We even had snow last night! Imagine - this is crazy and it was in the 70s last weekend.
