    Clicking in hips

    I experience a clicking in my hios when I carry soemthing heavy where the weight is not evenly distributed...like a 50lb. bag of horse feed or a hay bale etc. And it is always my right hip.

    Have been having dizzy spells for the last two days and went to Urgent Care and was diagnosed with vertigo. Not liking it one bit mainly because I can't work out!! Hope the medication kicks in soon!

    Barbell vs dumbbell (advice please)

    I have a barbell but rarely use it for leg work, too much pressure on my lower back. I use dumbells for leg work. I got mine at Dick's Sporting Goods for $100. It came with 2-20s, 4-10's and 2-2.5 pound plates.

    I have this and have not done the full rotation. I do like the workouts but they move a little too fast for me...you still can't beat Cathe! for the price, it is nice to have in my collection!

    On the 12th day of Christmas Cathe gave to us: 12 dixie lunges 11fire walkers 10 glute squeezes 9 barbell squats 8 static lunges 7sit-n-stands 6 deadlifts 5 burpees 4 hover squats 3 leg presses 2 plie squats and 1 nice firm fanny!!!!!!!!! :)
