The only other workout she has out in the new series besides core blast is Circuit Zone. I did this today for the first time and it is a really good workout. Strike Zone should be shipping soon and she hasn't even filmed the Step or Hi/lo workouts yet.

I remember my husband and I were at a get-together for his unit and he said "Let's break the monogomy" instead of "Let's break the monotony". It was hilarious.

My son has seasonal allergies and he is on Claritin and Nasonex for spraying in his nose. ETA: Make sure she drinks lots and lots of water to help flush out all the allergens and help to thin the mucus. I also use children's Mucinex when he gets really congested.

God I wish I could look like that!!! She looks awesome. Maybe if I layed off the sweets I could but I can't do it. I don't have the willpower to turn down chocolate. It is so evil!}(

Vrinda, I hope you see this post. That video you made for Tracey is sooo cute. I loved how you showed people there is other stuff out there and that you can get just as good a workout at home using a DVD as you can get in the gym. Great job!!!
