You know, I did start taking an iron supplement a couple of months ago and I have, in fact, been bruising easily. I will discontinue it and see if that helps in addition to modifying my workout routine.

Can I get all the resistance training I need through circuit workouts? I love cardio, but find straight weight lifting extremely boring. My main concern is muscle imbalance that may lead to injury.
