Best step shoes for Morton's Neuroma?

I have Morton's Neuroma in my left foot, not chronic, but when it flares up, OMG! I am currently taking an anti-inflammatory which has helped quite a bit. Now I only seem to have flareups about once a week, if that. I was reading through some of the old posts and noticed that some of the...

    SNM/Cathe Workout Manager Question

Hi, I first posted this in Open Discussion and thought maybe this would be a better place. I was entering in my measurments and noticed that I can also post goals for those, but how do you know what to put for a goal? For example, my bicep is currently 11.5 inches, at this point the muscle...

Slow Death by Rubber Duck - interesting book

Thanks for sharing! I too, have become increasingly aware of the toxins in my environment and have been slowly trading in my chemical based products for natural ones. And quel surprise! they work just as well if not better! Eventually, I want to get one of those filters for my shower that...

    IMAX 3/Body Max 2 - WOW!

I have owned both of these workouts for a couple of years now, and have been too "scared" to try them. Well, I did Imax 3 on Thursday and Body Max 2 on Friday - I am in love!!! I didn't even have to modify too much, only the really intensly high impact - jump tucks, exploding jumping jacks...

Setting Goals in the Body Log?

I was entering in my measurments and noticed that I can also post goals for those, but how do you know what to put for a goal? For example, my bicep is currently 11.5 inches, at this point the muscle has quite a bit of fat surrounding it (though I did go down one inch since last month :D yay!)...

Just when I thought I knew what I was doing...

Though I believed the thing about burning calories for up to 24 hours after working out, I knew that if I ate more or the same as I burned I would either gain weight or stay the same. It wasn't until I started journaling almost every morsel, that I started to lose weight consistently...

Not to be an enabler or anything....

That's really strange, I wonder why? I didn't have any problems with it and it has worked like a charm.

Not to be an enabler or anything....

...but, I just discovered that Amazon has a Universal Add to Wish List button that you can put on your links bar in Internet Explorer, which means you can now add anything from ANY website to your Amazon.com wishlist - though it probably wouldn't hurt for me to forget some of the items! :P

Just to stir up a hornet's nest, what does everyone think about this?

I totally agree with this law as well. Only an individual can decide what is right or wrong for them. I have no idea what I would do in the situation, but as I live in Washington State (and of course, voted in favor of the law), I am certainly relieved that I have the choice. Kirsten

    Clean Eating -- Please clarify

I've been eating clean for 5 weeks now and have lost 12 lbs. The first two weeks I was eating about 80% clean, these last 3 weeks have been 95-99% clean. Plus I do Cathe workouts 5 days a week and hike for about 2-3 hours one day on the weekends. I eat around 1900-2400 calories per day during...

    GWF and BodyBugg ?'s

The Difference I finally discovered the difference between Bodybugg and GWF. The same company (BodyMedia) makes three different versions of these, the BodyBugg, GWF, and SenseWear. The BodyBugg was designed to be used through a gym like 24 hour fitness with a trainer (though it works great...

    Shopping = Exhaustion!

    SNM/Cathe - GoWearFit

Hi, I was wondering if you guys had thought of selling the GoWearFit (or something like it) that could be used in conjunction with the nutrition software? I love your nutrition software and would prefer to use a GoWearFit (or whatever) with it. I haven't bought one yet, but will be in the...

Anyone lost a lot of weight??

Do you monitor what you are eating? You may still be eating more calories than you are burning. That was my problem. Once I started logging every single thing that passed my lips, I started losing weight - so far I have lost 40 lbs in the last year, but gained 10 of it back because I stopped...

    SNM/Cathe

SNM/Cathe re: Nutrition software Hi SNM/Cathe! I was wondering if there could be a way (I don't even know if this would be possible, but...)that CatheNation could team up with GoWearFit's online program. I love the nutrition software you have and it would be great if we could use our...
