Friday's workout was Cardio 1 & Amp 1 from firm ZipTrainer. Saturday's was Perfect Butt from KBKB, Jump rope with Zuzka mixed with 125 swings & Step Blast, not back to back of course. Sunday's was S90 Shoulders, Chest & Tri's followed by 100 bicep curls, S90 Legs & later 1/2...
