    This morning I only had time to walk on my treadmill, I had to be to work early. So glad it's Friday!! Workout was 25 minutes, burned 257 calories, went 1.25 miles, did 2921 steps and HR was 164/186 - NO WAY. Not sure what that reading is all about!! Have a great weekend everyone!!
