    They a They are very loyal. My aunt told me when her dad died his dog would not leave his side and would not allow the undertaker near him. She finally lured him into another room with a piece of meat.

    We can be thankful our bones can handle an occasional fall and we also have the stability and balance to prevent them too. Glad you are ok. I have a special place in my heart for Great Danes as my grandpa had one. Though I never met him, I have the love for animals that he had.

    I strayed too, yesterday was supposed to be tabatacise but I did low impact hiit instead. Today will be Supercuts. Earlier today was shovel max.

    Yesterday for me was Chest, Back and Shoulders. I went lighter than Cathe on some of the exercises but still excellent workout. Thankfully Legs today…give the U body a break.

    I have to say that I love this January rotation. Between the Boss bands and X Train, I am really feeling this, yet, there is a real fun factor.

    X Train Burn Set for Bi & Tris. It said to do Chest, Back and Shoulder but I did that one 3 days ago and I’m still sore.

    All Out Low Impact HiTT today and it is my favorite of all Cathe’s HiTT workouts. It just flows.

    I did the same workout. It Is my favorite series. You will enjoy the bands and loops For resistance training.

    I finished shovel max (snow) this morning and will do Boss Bands glutes and core soon. X Train has always been my favorite series.

    I agree with Jaypea, great idea and I have never posted in a check in. I started today and after Boss Total body I did the delt challenge. Looking forward to reading everyones comments. Perfect start to a New Year!

    Kudos to your physician for paying attention to a minor change! Phenomenal story. I am so grateful to be able to workout with Cathe. The feeling is empowering. I am happy for you and admire what you overcame.
