    Sore Hands & Pushup Tip

    Thanks for this tip!!! I have trouble with pushups and always use dumbbells but the part against the dumbbell starts hurting after a gazillions sets like in Disc 1! I will definitely try this with disk 4!

    Congratulations on no soreness on upper body!!! I agree that it's not uncommon to not have soreness if you have been working out with heavy weights pretty consistently. Legs are my weak spot too (completely my own doing as I don't really work them because I don't want to be sore for my cardio...

    Yep that seemed to be the solution. I figured out how to delete the rotation entirely and then re-added it. Thanks for trying to help troubleshoot this.

    I just cleared my cache and my cookies and logged out (and I also restarted my computer) and am still having the problem. Is there an easy way to delete the entire STS rotation? Then I will try to add it again and maybe that will solve it.

    I just checked and I am still having the problem. If I go to the drop down box and change the disc to some other disk then select Disc 1 the order appears correct... so I click Save and go back to the calendar and click on the little grey arrow to Edit Workout and the exercises are out of order...
