    based upon what ur criteria is....then meso 3 would be more of what u would like...b/c in meso three i don't think there are any push ups or pull ups in that one....and it is VERY heavy lifting...so it's tough....or as tough as u make it.....and yes in the GSs and the p90x there a lots of push...

    i would say kickmax.....and the reason is b/c if u don't really like kickboxing then in kickmax u kinda "get the kickboxing section out of the way" in the beginning.....then it's on to the 10 drills and then the leg conditioning drills at the end....so that's why i would "choose" this...

    sorry....all i meant was to make sure that u are eating enough to supplement ur workouts if u are doing anything in addition to p90x....like if ur doing cathe workouts with p90x.....if ur just substituting a different workout for one of ur p90x routines, then u just eat as u normally...

    Ckanuckel I think it depends......I think u can sub in for some of the DVDs....I think a lot of people do that if there is a DVD that they don't prefer doing.....but i don't think u want to do anything in addition to unless ur eating properly b/c the DVDs are pretty intense....so I think u can...

    fitchick25....i lov, luv, luv michelle's peak 10 workouts....they are tough, but fun and she is a great instructor with a great personality....i don't if ur referring to her peak 10 challenge dvd set or her peak 10 individual dvds, but either way they are all great dvds...her cardio strength...

    i actually just did S&G barefoot on thursday and it felt so much better to me....i felt like i was able to control the discs much better, and i was also able to feel where my feet were on the discs, so they weren't able to slide off like they tend to try to do when i wear shoes....loved it:)

    u can usually get samples from anyone that's a beachbody coach....and they should be easy to find....i think u can probably ask someone on this forum if they're a BB coach and i bet u will find one.....i think the sample packets are a few bucks or so...HTH:)
