oooooo I'm not yet:) it takes me well until december to get in the christmas spirit. once i'm there, then its good :) I think it may have something to do with all 6 years of college, trying to finish up the semester by the week before christmas. Thank goodness my masters is done this december! :)
Heather, yes I say that it is too low for anyone. I think the reccommeded lowest for anyone to go is 1200. Are you factoring in your activity? I am not familar with leanness lifestyle, but it should factor in your activity into caloric intake. Good luck! - Christina
I did slow and heavy for about 3 weeks, and after that my push up strength went up trumendously. I used to only do one or 2 on my toes, now i can do 6, 8 on a good day. :) slow progress, but i'm getting there! -C
Yes, or even simpler: get your Heartrate up to near max, then drop back down, then pick it up again. I think that would be the kind of intervals to do.
when I experience the frizzies is in the winter, when the humidity is low. Is there low humidity where you live? or is the heat on in your house already? Try adding a humidifier (i usually put mine on at night) I found that it helps with frizzy hair and even helps my skin look better. :)- Tina
tastes so good! but the breakdown of carbs: 8g sugar, 7 g erythritol. what the heck is that? is says 17 g total carbs.(1g fiber) and no artificial sweetners. what do you think? hmmm -tina
