    oh i am feeling it too!!! yesterday i actually only did imax 3 (1-5) and 10 minutes of spinning. today: HSCH, but I'm subbing spinning in for the cardio. give these knees a break. :) then, I don't have MIC so I might go out for a quick run, which Wont give the knees a break, or spin some more...

    Boot Camp Beats Per Minute

    Hi Angie! I am not cathe, but I will try to help you. I believe that bpm changes with each section. For instance, the cardio might be at 145- 150 and the weights around 130. That is generally what I find for bpm. Its just a guess, but I hope it helps. -Tina
