    Lower back pain - running

    i am not sure it is due to your weight. I would make sure to have good posture while running and breath deeply. Maybe your diaphragm is tightening up causing pain in your lower back? Just a suggestion- try it and let me know what happens. I'm not an expert by any means, but just trying to help...
