    Question for the "5-day'ers:" Do you do one mid-week rest day and one weekend rest day? Or power through M-F and rest Sat-Sun? To maximize family time, I prefer to train M-F. But I find these rotations tough, and feel like I really need the mid-week rest day. Just curious how you'all feel...
