    Everything is pretty good here, thanks! Normally, I wait until I don't see any more snow in the mountains before I plant, so that can vary. So often, I planted, & then we had freezes, so I follow what most of the farmers have followed my whole life. And that is to watch the mountains.

    LMR Functional Upper Body on the rotation for today. I did the Premix that includes the Bonus Balance Discs. I increased my weights again & even saw some more improvement with the balance discs. I LOVE this series!
