    Patrick Goudeau & Rob Glick

Rob is definitely much easier to follow than Patrick. Rob really layers the moves well so even though he's complex, he's doable. I love his Amazing Step Styles. Always have a smile on my face when I do that one. I also have his Step Gone Wild, Hi Lo Fusion, Good to Go Hi/Lo and Amazing...

Love the song but so sad. It stays in my head all the time too. Marcy

    Just a thought about sizes

I wear anything between a size 0 and a size 6 and they can all fit me quite nicely. Yes, I do look at the small sizes when I go into a store but I don't get upset if I can't fit into the size 0 or size 2. Marcy

    Dove Total Body Workouts

I have all 4 and love all 4. I had just acquired Dove after finishing up a Slim Series rotation and thought Dove was a step above the Slim Series but very similar. Out of all of them, I prefer 3 the best. This one doesn't use any equipment and has more yoga in it. It also has a short cardio...

    decreased/no cardio

I did very little cardio back in August. Mainly yoga. I go to a 50 min. dance class once a week. Here is the rest of what I did (each only done once): premix of Amy's Hi/Lo Knockout for about 30 minutes; Patrick's Play Ball Power Thighs from Cardio Barre Ultimate Advanced Ballet Body by...

    Chipotle

I agree with what you're saying. If I do eat Mexican, I leave off the sour cream and usually the cheese and get the green sauce (don't know what it's called). Your salad does sound healthy and the guac is good calories!:) Marcy

    Chipotle

May taste great but isn't so great for you (from Eat This Not That): Worst Steak Salad Chipotle Steak Salad (with pinto beans, cheese, corn salsa, and Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette) 760 calories 42 g fat (11 g saturated) 1,945 mg sodium Salsa is arguably the world's leanest and...

    Step Anyone?

Not Laura but I would say ASC3 is harder to pick up than the 4DS step workouts. I'd say LIS is easier to pick up than HIS on 4DS. Cathe doesn't do as much breakdown on the 4DS workouts as on her other workouts so it may take a few more tries to get the choreography but I liked the choreography...

    Step Anyone?

I also have to say Cathe is much easier to follow than other instructors like Amy Bento, Seasun Zieger, Tracey Staehle and Patrick Goudeau. She is much less complex and offers far more breakdown. For that reason, my favorite step of Cathe's are Rhythmic Step and Step Blast. I would say...

    any pilates w/o recommendations?

I really like 10 Minute Solution's Quick Sculpt Pilates with Andrea Leigh Rogers. You use the ball for the first 4 segments and the 5th one is standing pilates. It can be quite challenging. A couple of other good ones are MTV Pilates Mix with Kristin McGee and Weight Loss Pilates with...

    Amy Bento DVD's

Kickbox Surge is my all-time favorite kickboxing video. I burn about 500 calories doing this workout. It's lots of fun and has great music. Marcy

    Physique 57

I don't have the Lotte Berks but they are barre workouts. They go at a much slower pace than Squeeze or Physique 57 but are very good if you're first starting out because they are excellent at pointing out the proper form. If you want something similar to the pace of Physique 57, you might...

Top five most intense cardio dvds?

Not as intense but Amy's Kickbox Surge is a real calorie burner for me. Another intense one for me is Sharon Twombly's All Body Attack. My other three would be MIC, Cardio Core Circuit and HIIT. IMAX 3 is also up there. Marcy

    Athletic Step or Step Moves?

If you want a workout with more athletic choreography, higher intensity and more calorie burn, go for Athletic Step. If you want a fun more complex step, go for Step Moves. For me personally, I liked Step Moves better. I had a couple of space issues with Athletic Step. They're both great...
