    Hi ladies. So far other than walking a lot, today was my 1st workout which was Cathe's Gloved Up and Sweaty DVD that I brought with me. Plus we have walked around Cherokee today so I have a lot of steps in. Seems like everyone is getting their workouts in. Hope to check in again soon.
